Gordon Moody was set up more than 50 years ago and making sure our charity is run properly has always been vital to ensure we do our best for the people we are here to help.
In 50 years we have helped many people and our mission has grown from providing a safe recovery space in one building to providing the most innovative gambling therapy treatment in the UK, guided by our core values – P.R.O.U.D.

At Gordon Moody, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, safeguarding and accountability. We want everyone who engages with our organisation—including service users, family members, partners, contractors, volunteers and members of the public—to feel able to raise concerns if something doesn’t seem right.
Where possible, we encourage concerns to be raised directly with us so that we can address them promptly. However, we recognise that this may not always feel possible or appropriate. For that reason, we have introduced an independent, secure reporting service that allows concerns to be submitted confidentially and, if you choose, anonymously.
The service can be used to report concerns relating to safeguarding, inappropriate behaviour, misconduct, fraud, malpractice, or any other matter that may affect the safety, wellbeing or integrity of our organisation.
Every concern received is treated seriously and reviewed in accordance with our safeguarding, whistleblowing and governance procedures. By speaking up, you are helping us to protect those who use our services, support our colleagues, and maintain the high standards we expect across Gordon Moody.
