- To provide clear leadership and direction to your team and work as part of the middle management team to deliver the key purpose of Gordon Moody.
- To provide effective management of the residential treatment centre and its outreach provision which works with people to enable them to overcome their addiction to gambling.
- Responsibility for ensuring the consistency of theoretical and practical working practices in Gordon Moody’s therapeutic residential treatment programme.
