Hi LT and welcome back. Maybe now is the time to take a look at the Friends and Family Forum? You could start your own thread and let us know how things have been since you wrote your poem. Or pop into one of the groups for a chat.
Hi Mutley, So, here you are posting in the Poetry Forum. Always good to see a post but maybe start/resurect one of your old threads in My Journal. Lok at the advice you have had previously. Get back to what has helped in the past.
I may have said this before but the trick to not having to keep coming back here is to not leave – use support to maintain your recovery, not just when in the ****. I look forward to hearing your positive steps in My Journal.

Take your time to check out the My Journal Forum. You will read a lot of stories simiar to your own there. If you also start your own thread in that forum you will get a lot ot feedback and support on your recovery journey.
